Send your customer feedback letters to Subaru FOLLOWING the hugely successful launch of the all new Subaru.com.au website, Subaru Australia has added another level of functionality with the inclusion of the stand- alone Subaru Accessories section. Customers can now view accessories and their prices by vehicle model. It also allows them to see accessory packs, their location on the vehicle and discounted pricing details. Simply click on the Subaru Accessories tab on the left hand panel and follow the links along the way. This will allow customers to select the accessories for a specific model vehicle, ensuring the correct application and pricing for those accessories. When you get to the section that lists the two accessory packs available, you then have the option to select either one, which will identify where the accessories are located on the vehicle, all the while adding the fitted RRP pricing onto the price board on the top left side of the screen. Once you have had the opportunity to view the accessory packs and any other accessory available, you can then move to the final stage where you can print a list of the accessories you have selected, complete with their pricing. This will allow both the retailer and the customer to truly understand what accessories are available for their Subaru and what it will cost them. All of this is available at the click of a button.
